How far in advance should I place my order?
For both JOY @ CELEBRATION and JOY @ WORKPLACE packages, please place your order at least 7 working days in advance.
Is there any deposit collection?
Yes, but only for the JOY @ CELEBRATION package. A RM200 deposit is required when the freezer is delivered to you. The deposit will be returned to you when the freezer is collected.
What happens if I can’t finish all the ice creams after the event?
Don’t worry, we’ll leave all the remaining ice creams with you to enjoy whenever you want. :)
What are the payment methods available?
We accept cash, online banking or cheque.
What are the payment terms for JOY @ CELEBRATION?
The payment terms will be 3 working days after a successful order submission.
What are the payment terms for JOY @ WORKPLACE?
The payment terms will be 30 days from the invoice.
What is the freezer size which will be provided?
The freezer sizes provided will usually be either 2ft or 3ft size (subject to availability). For actual dimension, you may enquire with the servicing distributor.
What is the freezer’s plug point?
The freezer's plug point is 13 AMP.
What if the ice creams for the month have yet to finish. Can we pause for a month?
Yes, kindly contact the servicing distributor.
